1. Agreement to Terms

By submitting a quote request, making a booking, or using the services of QuickRide Africa ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Services

QuickRide Africa provides professional ground transportation services including airport transfers, chauffeur services, corporate transport, event transport, shuttle services, and ground handling coordination across Southern Africa. All services are subject to availability at the time of booking.

3. Quotations and Bookings

• All quotations provided are subject to availability and are valid for the period stated in the quote.
• A booking is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from QuickRide Africa.
• Prices quoted are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise specified.
• Quotations may change if journey details, passenger numbers, or vehicle requirements change after the quote is issued.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your confirmed quotation. Failure to pay by the agreed date may result in the cancellation of your booking. QuickRide Africa reserves the right to request a deposit before confirming certain bookings.

5. Cancellations and Changes

• Cancellation charges may apply depending on the notice period provided.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed fare.
• Cancellations made less than 4 hours before pickup may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the agreed fare.
• Changes to booking details should be communicated as early as possible and are subject to availability.

6. Client Responsibilities

• It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate pickup times, locations, and journey details.
• For airport transfers, please allow adequate time for immigration, customs, and baggage collection.
• Clients are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles by passengers.
• QuickRide Africa operates in a non-smoking environment. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle.

7. Waiting Time

For airport transfers, a complimentary waiting period is included from the scheduled arrival time. Additional waiting time beyond this period may be charged at an agreed hourly rate. For non-airport bookings, the driver will wait for the agreed period specified in your booking.

8. Liability

QuickRide Africa will take all reasonable care in the provision of services. However, we cannot be held liable for:

• Delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including traffic, weather, or acts of third parties
• Loss or damage to personal belongings left in our vehicles
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from any failure to deliver services

9. Availability

All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability. We will make every effort to fulfil confirmed bookings. In exceptional circumstances where we are unable to provide the confirmed service, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or alternative arrangement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or from the provision of services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

QuickRide Africa reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
